Here's why you should invest in professional photography.

We use professional grade photography equipment, cameras utilizing wide angle lenses and professional editing software to create the best images to showcase your property.

Our base of operations is centered in Newport Beach and Huntington Beach. We offer our services up and down the coast.  Depending on the distance from Orange County, a travel fee may be added to the cost of your package.  We will always be transparent and discuss any costs with you so that you will know the total cost of your project up front.

All final, edited and sized photos will be delivered within 5 business days, but in most cases, will be delivered within two to three business days.  In all cases you will receive one set of full size, edited images and a set optimized images for your listing platform.

When preparing your home make sure that they are clean and photo ready upon our arrival.  Clear counters of any unnecessary clutter and make sure that all lights are turned on and window blinds are open.  We use natural light and Auto-Exposure bracketing to create the best images and will begin shooting upon arrival at your home.  Our sessions are shot quickly in "Real Estate" style limiting the time needed to complete the photo session and decrease any inconvenience for the property owners and agent.   

When preparing your vessel, make sure it is clean, free of clutter or Items that you do wish to appear in your listing.  All blinds should be open and all lights should be turned on throughout the vessel.  It is best if we can access your boat on the day or immediately after it has been detailed.  

• If you have canvas it is especially important to make sure it is clean and free of dirt.  Especially darker canvas that will more easily show bird droppings and other debris that detracts from the beauty of your boat.
• Removing and stow canvas covers on Dinghys, Davits, Deck Furniture or other items.  
• Often overlooked, it is equally important to make sure the Engine Room or Bay have been thoroughly detailed and will help help illustrate the care that has been put into maintaining your boat.

Depending on the size and type of your vessel, consider adding Drone Photography to highlight and add a unique perspective of your vessel.
